Commercial Card Account Manager III The Commercial Card Account Manager works with Commercial Card customers, Relationship Managers, the Business Loan Center, Treasury Management Sales and Comerica Technology to support the implementation and optimization of Commercial Card programs. Commercial Card customers, referred to as Program Administrators, are most often treasury and finance professionals. The Program Administrator depends on the Commercial Card Account Manager to learn how to utilize Comerica's card product and explore all areas of potential card use for the benefit of their organization. *This position could also be located at any of our main office locations in MI or TX
Position Responsibilities: Own SharePoint Commercial Card Workflow
- Initiate process improvements and additional automation.
- Champion process and handle internal user issues.
- Work with programmer on defects and enhancements.
- Create - maintain documentation.
- Monitor pipeline. Work with Customers, Treasury Management Sales, Relationship Managers, the Business Loan Center and Account Managers to ensure expeditious movement along the workflow.
- Own Commercial Card's use of DocuSign.
- Provide analytical support and reporting.
Payables Support
- Work with customers to analyze their accounts payable and convert to card payments.
- Lead projects to implement automated payment solutions.
- Contact customers' vendors as needed for implementation and follow-up.
- Support customers and their vendors' use of payment solutions.
- Analyze and optimize customers' programs.
Sales Support
- Provide support to the Sales Team (Treasury Management Officers as well as Commercial Card Specialists) by serving as the Commercial Card subject matter expert.
Process Improvement and Projects
- Participate in meetings with internal partners and vendors to define Best Practices, reduce expense and continually improve the delivery or the Commercial Card service.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Commercial Card data and its use by internal and external customers.
Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 6 years experience with technology applications such as database management, SharePoint, internet applications, financial applications, business analytics
Work Best Category: Category C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 days
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
