Provo Canyon School is seeking a dynamic & talented DIRECTOR OF NURSING (DON)! Provo Canyon School, with locations in Provo and Springville, UT, has a proud history of providing quality services and successful treatment outcomes to adolescents and their families. Our dedicated team strives to change the lives of adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 by providing compassionate, skills-based care that is personalized to meet each student's specific needs. We offer evidence-based treatment and services to adolescents who struggle from complex emotional and mental health conditions in a secure psychiatric residential treatment center setting. To learn much more please visit www.provocanyon.com The Director of Nursing provides overall leadership and management for a complex program which emphasizes high quality care delivered in a high quality, cost-effective manner. Coordinates with the Medical Director and effectively integrates nursing care into residents' interdisciplinary treatment program. Directs the medical department in establishing and meeting nursing care priorities in resident services and activities. Participates in Administrator On-Call rotation. Primary Office Location: 4501 N. University Ave, Provo, UT Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm w/administrator on-call rotation Salary Range: $92,000 - $98,000 per year based on eduction, experience and speciality certifications What do our current nursing leaders value at Provo Canyon School and UHS?
