Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Madison, WI Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM or 7:30 AM-5:00 PM (Potential 8:00 AM start) Hours: 45 hours/week About the Role Seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team! You'll be the first point of contact for our customers-handling inbound calls, providing updates on orders, troubleshooting issues, and following up via phone and email. You'll also support our sales team with contract processing, invoicing, and special projects. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
