*Role Overview:*
Are you passionate about helping people and providing exceptional service? As an Inbound Financial Services Representative II, you'll be the first point of contact for clients calling about their banking needs. You'll use your communication skills and digital expertise to resolve issues, offer financial advice, and promote a wide range of financial products and services. Key Responsibilities: * Client Support: Handle inbound calls and assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and digital banking tools. * Engagement: Build strong client relationships through meaningful conversations and personalized service. * Problem Solving: Understand client needs, resolve issues efficiently, and recommend appropriate banking solutions. * Product Promotion: Educate clients on a full suite of financial products including accounts, credit cards, loans, and investments. * Digital Expertise: Guide clients in navigating and using digital banking platforms and features. * Collaboration: Refer clients to internal experts to support their broader financial goals. Additional Duties: * Conduct interviews for loans, mortgages, and lines of credit. * Facilitate the setup of deposit accounts and investment products. * Work within a fast-paced contact center environment, maintaining a client-first mindset. Qualifications: * Preferred: Bachelor's degree * 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or financial services * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital banking tools * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment * Client-focused with a proactive approach to service Top Skills: * Digital Banking * Call Center Operations * Customer Service & Troubleshooting Ready to make a difference in clients' financial lives?
