Sayres is seeking an Program Analyst II with Secret Clearance to support in San Diego, CA.

Program Analyst II



  • Provide Program management support in Business Operations and Digital Information Support in support of PMW 740's Taiwan security assistance portfolio.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's level degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration.
  • 3 years of professional experience.
  • Secret Clearance verifiable in DISS


Typical duties include:




  • Provide program coordination and administrative oversight for TSO activities to ensure alignment with PMW 740 priorities.



  • Review, edit, track, and manage routing of official correspondence to ensure timely and accurate response to taskers and data calls.



  • Act as liaison between TSO and the PMW 740 Front Office to support programmatic action items and information sharing.



  • Oversee space utilization and logistical needs for TSO operations, including facilities coordination.



  • Support TSO team travel planning and processing in accordance with program requirements and timelines.



  • Coordinate meetings and engagements with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and foreign partners to support program milestones and deliverables.



  • Maintain situational awareness of key leadership schedules to enable alignment of meetings and critical events.



  • Identify, develop, and refine internal processes and business practices to improve efficiency and support mission execution.



  • Facilitate communication and integration across the TSO team and broader PMW 740 organization to ensure unified program support.
