Primary Purpose of the Position

Essential Functions

As a part of our Facilities Team, your job would involve but not be limited to:

Daily cleaning of buildings to include restrooms, common areas, and removal of garbage.

Special projects to keep building and grounds in top condition

Assist management as requested

Facilities maintenance which may include replacing lightbulbs, cleaning floors, and other various cleaning and minor maintenance duties.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED certificate

Be at least 18 years of age

Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills

A valid state driver's license and meet the company's insurance requirements

Previous experience preferred, but not required

Reports to: Operations Manager

Supervisory Responsibility:This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

FLSA Status:This position is non-exempt.

Work Environment:Work is performedinan office,hangar, or outdoor environment.May be exposed to hazardous and/or toxic substances, electrical shock, noise from equipment, and depending on external weather conditions, wind, rain, cold, and heat.

Travel: This position requires minimal travel.

Physical Requirements:Must be able to perform frequent walking, sitting, stooping, stretching, bending, reaching, and grasping actions. Regularly lift and/or move up to50pounds.
