Description
Facilities Technician Primary Purpose of the Position As a part of our Facilities Team, your job would involve but not be limited to: Daily cleaning of buildings to include restrooms, common areas, and removal of garbage. Special projects to keep building and grounds in top condition Assist management as requested Facilities maintenance which may include replacing lightbulbs, cleaning floors, and other various cleaning and minor maintenance duties. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED certificate Be at least 18 years of age Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills A valid state driver's license and meet the company's insurance requirements Previous experience preferred, but not required The Company Qualifications
