- UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.
Responsibilities
- As program coordinator, the individual provides leadership, oversees patient care quality, ensures compliance with Level of Care standards, and manages daily operations.
- Responsibilities also include maintaining data integrity, developing program plans, and ensuring readiness.
- The role supports community outreach, represents the organization in regional meetings, and liaises with EMS.
- Additionally, the individual collaborates on education initiatives, supports evidence-based practice, and contributes to staff development and professional growth.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- RN Active Nursing license
- BLS
- NRP
- ACLS (Labor & Delivery only)
Preferred Job Requirements:
- BSN
- 5 years in Clinical Specialty
- 2 years of Leadership
