We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and be a key part of our production operations. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving mechanical and pneumatic systems on our packaging and filling equipment. Your work will directly impact our efficiency, safety, and product quality.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities


  • Troubleshoot all mechanical and pneumatic equipment issues using sound root-cause analysis



  • Diagnose, repair, and implement permanent solutions to prevent recurring equipment failures



  • Set up, adjust, and calibrate machinery to meet production specifications



  • Disassemble, rebuild, and maintain valves, pumps, and other critical equipment components



  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance including cleaning, lubrication, and inspections



  • Collaborate with supervisors to identify equipment performance issues and implement fixes



  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and operating costs



  • Develop improved changeover systems and champion process upgrades



  • Maintain detailed maintenance records and complete routine reports and documentation



  • Promote and practice high standards of safety, housekeeping, and GMP compliance at all times




Education and Experience Profile

  • Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
  • One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Required Skills


  • Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in maintenance and repair



  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and safety guidelines



  • Comfortable writing routine reports and maintenance logs



  • Solid math skills, including the ability to calculate dimensions, volume, percentages, and more



  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull heavy carts (200+ lbs), bend, stoop, and climb



  • Skilled in the use of material handling equipment, including forklifts



  • High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail
