The OCA is looking for a highly skilled and proactive Program Management Director to lead strategic programs across Salesforce's broad community of architects in the Technology & Product organization. This role is critical to addressing the complexities of a rapidly evolving technology landscape, ensuring our top architectural investments are aligned and delivering maximum strategic value across Salesforce's diverse product portfolio. The Director, Office of Chief Architect Programs will work closely with members of the OCA and senior architects across the organization to drive forward technology transformations and initiatives that advance the Salesforce V2MOM and long-range technology landscape.

  • Productivity with AI: Leverage AI and Agents to increase productivity and engagement, while maintaining strong interpersonal relationships.

  • Strategic Orchestration: Lead essential meetings (scrum, PCT, workstream reviews) not only by managing logistics but also by driving decision-making, identifying gaps, and promoting alignment across teams.
