Role Description:

  • Drive the development and execution of product-led sales motion and GTM strategy, facilitating user acquisition, upsell, and enterprise growth for new product launches.

  • Support end-to-end new product introduction and GTM strategies for enterprise customers.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer base, market trends, competition, and industry best practices to advise on sales strategy, pricing, and packaging.

  • Use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, support sales execution, and enhance the customer journey and lifecycle.

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to growth, engagement, and conversion.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to craft and implement GTM strategies.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure alignment and drive coordination.

  • Partner closely with the Global Strategy Team to build a metrics-driven approach (e.g., leads, pipeline, ACV) that supports growth narratives.

  • Provide insightful analysis and actionable insights to guide decision-making and strategy development.

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to align business goals and objectives.

  • Prepare and deliver consolidated business performance insights and reporting for executive leadership.

  • Support Slack's cross-functional teams by delivering clear, concise, and accurate business reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for strategy refinement.

  • Identify areas for process improvement in data collection, analysis, and reporting to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in a tech company or management consulting, with a focus on Enterprise SaaS preferred.

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to manage end-to-end workstreams and solve complex, ambiguous problems.

  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL preferred.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
