Product Manager - Juniper MX Series Routing Platform We are seeking a passionate and technically adeptProduct Managerto join our team, focusing on theJuniper MX Series-our flagship hardware routing platform. In this role, you will help define and drive the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure our platform continues to lead in performance, scalability, and innovation. You will work closely with the largest enterprises, cloud providers, and network service providers to develop incredible experience driven networking solutions. This is an idealposition for someone with a strong background in networking technologies and a proven ability to translate customer needs into product success. Key Responsibilities Product Ownership:Drive the product lifecycle for the MX Series platform-from concept to end-of-life. Define business goals, strategy, and positioning for products within the portfolio. Roadmap Development:Collaborate with customers, product managers, and engineering to define and prioritize features and enhancements. Customer Engagement:Actively gather feedback from customers, partners, and field teams to inform product decisions. Cross-Functional Leadership:Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and services to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management. Market Intelligence:Continuously develop insights into industry trends, technology shifts, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and translate them into actionable product strategies. Go-to-Market Support:Partner with marketing and sales to develop messaging, collateral, and training materials. Lead strategic customer engagements to strengthen relationships and develop new opportunities. Minimum Qualifications: 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in networking or infrastructure products. Solid understanding ofrouting technologies,network protocols(e.g., BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing, EVPN, etc.), andcarrier-grade platforms. Experience working with hardware/software co-designed products. Strong analytical and communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity withJuniper Networks products, especially the MX Series. Background intelecom, service provider, orcloud infrastructureenvironments. Technical degree (CS, EE, or related field) or related experience; MBA is a plus. Minimum Salary: $140,800.00 Maximum Salary:$202,400.00 The pay range for this position is expected to be between $140,800.00 and $202,400.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations.
