Registered Nurse (RN)- Weekender OR

Individuals hired into a OR RN Weekender position are required to work two (2) 12-hour shifts between 7:00 PM Friday and 7:00 AM Monday. In return for this commitment, OR RN Weekenders will be compensated at 1.5 times their regular hourly rate for these shifts.

Those without previous OR RN experience will need to train on day shift M-F

A Brief Overview

Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients/families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.

• Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
