Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused healthcare leader who thrives in dynamic environments to serve as our next Multi-Specialty Clinic Manager overseeing the Edgewater and Boulder Creek Primary Care Clinics within Salem Health Medical Group.

As the manager of these two growing family medicine clinics, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, overseeing daily workflow, patient experience, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance. With support from supervisors, you'll partner closely with medical directors to lead performance improvement efforts while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and problem solving.

This position plays a critical role in driving the stability and long-term success of these thriving clinics. What you'll do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Edgewater and Boulder Creek clinics.
  • Supervise a combined team of over 45, from entry-level employees to physicians, across both locations.
  • Partner with supervisors and serve as a strategic liaison between teams.
  • Lead performance management, patient flow, provider relations, and scheduling optimization.
  • Participate in system-level meetings, report-outs, and quality initiatives.
  • Round regularly with providers and maintain strong visibility with clinic teams.
  • Monitor regulatory readiness, manage compliance projects, and ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain flexibility and responsiveness to evolving organizational needs.
  • Exercise strong leadership and time management skills.
  • Act as a strategic thinker and decision maker, serving as a change agent and bringing the team along through collaborative problem solving.
  • Remain highly adaptable, nimble, organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Shift effortlessly between a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities, projecting patience and professionalism while absorbing information and directions, pausing to collaborate or gather data, then circling back in a timely manner.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Three years of people management experience.
  • Thee years of progressive leadership experience.

Additional Information

  • Top candidates will have prior experience managing multiple departments or specialties, with healthcare experience highly preferred.
