We are a home health agency providing services in patient homes in Southeast Wisconsin. Patient homes include private residences, assisted living facilities, memory care units, and any other place they may call home. Kenosha Visiting Nurse Association strives to provide high quality care through our multifaceted programs.
We are currently in need of a Full-Time
Director of Clinical Services

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical operations of our home health services and staff, ensuring adherence to patient rights and high-quality care standards.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures related to clinical services in compliance with regulations.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline medical record management.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting professional development and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments of clinical services to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and other applicable healthcare standards.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers to address concerns and improve service.
  • The DCS is primarily an in-office position, however, he/she will be occasionally be required to do field visits related to staffing issues, patient concerns, etc.



Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing.
  • Valid RN licensure in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Proven experience (2 year minimum) in home health with a strong understanding of patient rights.
  • Demonstrated ability in budgeting and financial management within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of medical records management systems and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus

    on patient centered care.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manager experience (preferred).
  • Occasional travel for portfolio meetings.
  • Rotating on-call.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Current driver's license, valid vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.



Position Details:


  • Location: Kenosha and Racine Counties.
  • Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Rotating on-call required.
  • Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000.00.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10.000.00.
