Grady Health System is seeking a passionate and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing data science team. This is a unique opportunity to apply cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to improve patient outcomes, streamline operations, and support one of the largest public health systems in the U.S. As an AI/ML Engineer at Grady, you'll help shape the future of healthcare by building intelligent systems that drive real-world impact-from predictive analytics in emergency care to optimizing clinical workflows and enhancing population health initiatives. What You'll Do
What You Bring Required:
* Fluency in multiple programming languages and statistical analysis tools, such as Python, C++, JavaScript, R, SAS, Excel, SQL, MATLAB, SPSS * Proficiency in machine learning algorithms such as multi-class classifications, decision trees, support vector machines and deep learning * Strong understanding of probability and statistical models (generative and descriptive models) * Ability to run experiments scientifically and analyze results * Experience with business intelligence tools and technologies such as ETL, Power BI, and Tableau * Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and results to technical and business audiences in a comprehensive manner * Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders, including analytics teams, development teams, product management, and operations * Ability to work independently and in a fully remote environment * Willingness and ability to stay up to date on new ML/AI technologies and their potential impact on the company * Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job Preferred:
