Job Description

Allstate Insurance Company has a new opportunity to the organization. This isn't just a researcher role - it's a strategic consultant + research lead who can help move the work forward. We would want someone who can operate both at a 30,000-foot strategy level and 10-foot execution level. This is a Research & Insights Lead Consultant opportunity as the individual contributor level to support and drive Allstate initiatives.

  • Translate insights into strategic business recommendations that impact agency strategy, agency innovation, distribution, customer experience, and market research.

  • Prior experience in Fortune 500 organizations, insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries strongly preferred.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business unit leaders, stakeholders helping them define, reframe, and prioritize business challenges and research needs.

Education

* 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

not required: Advanced degree (e.g., MS in Market Research, MBA with research focus, PhD, EdD).

Experience

* 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

*Industry experience (preferred)

Education & Experience (in lieu)

* In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $78,600.00 - 142,275.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
