Job Description

*Assisting with monitoring of the fiscal operations of the clinic, including maintaining expense spreadsheets to track expenditures, financial processes such as One Card and Travel reconciliation, expense reimbursements, and transfer pay between units.
*Maintain supply records and procure departmental supplies, including recurring purchases and one-time orders
*Retrieve, analyze, and report financial information for multiple projects so that project leaders can make programmatic decisions; Maintain budgets and provide project forecasting; Assist with invoice preparation for projects
*Review payroll distributions monthly and promptly make any required adjustments to ensure continued compliance with grant funding requirements. (monthly payroll correcting entries)
*Monitor payroll information for errors in monthly and bi-weekly administrators and staff; Coordinate with HR and/or other business support offices on hiring paperwork, ePAFs, confirmation letters, employee onboarding and other processes and materials required for hiring and salaries
*Research new funding opportunities and determine eligibility.
*Assist in triaging technology concerns which emerge during the course of business. Assist with obtaining appropriate IT approvals.
*May also perform other administrative and reporting duties as assigned

Shift

Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Additional work experience in a community mental health setting is preferred.

Salary Range: 18.87-26.87
Grade: GGS- 008
