JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an onsite role with options for WFH on occasions. Local Candidates only. Assignment will be extended for right fit candidate.

Space and office management:
Activities involving management and maintenance of buildings, land and furniture.
Assure proper office supply and equipment.
Management of media, meeting rooms and allocation plans (update, availability and operations).
Removal Management (planning and organizing of office moves).
Catering Services: Conference-room services (setting or clearing the tables, responsible for the supply of cold and hot beverages, according bookings).
Operation and cleaning of industrial equipment within the buildings.

Postal and Courier Services:
Sorting and distribution of postal items.
Reception and dealing with parcels.
Tour preperation & management.
Entrance Services:
Activities involving contracting and managing vendors/contractors for services to the facilities.

* Preparation/Assembly of shipping kits/supplies to assist team with thier project needs
* Optional: Shipping training (49 CFR Transportation of Hazardous Materials)
