Overview:

The Human Resources (HR) Advisor serves as a key resource in supporting internal Mercy caregivers by managing and resolving HR-related inquiries, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a smooth HR service delivery. This role is essential in creating a positive caregiver experience by efficiently addressing concerns, providing accurate information, and escalating issues as needed. The HR advisor delivers service-oriented customer service in support of caregivers and business operations ensuring that accurate, timely, and consistent information is provided.

Qualifications:

• Experience: One (1) year of experience in customer service, call center operations, or HR support role.
• Required Education: Associates Degree in business or health related field.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or health related field.
• Preferred Experience: Two (2) years in employee relations, recruiting, HR operations, compensations, benefits, payroll etc.
