Intercollegiate Athletics Job Description
The University of Missouri Athletics Department is seeking a competitive and driven individual to join their Ticket Sales & Operations team. Key Responsibilities include: Oversight of ticketing operations for athletic events, including development and implementation of policy and procedures relating to customer service, sales strategy and ticket distribution; Primary ticket oversight of Softball and secondary ticket oversight of Football and Men's Basketball; Primary liaison to Ticket Sales & Service team; Directing and organizing customer service efforts for Ticket Operations and Sales and providing resolutions to customers; Assisting with non-athletic ticketed events (i.e.: concerts, etc.) Planning, organizing, administering and implementing ticketing operations and game-day management activities as they relate to ticket operations and sales for assigned sports; Assisting in the resolution of customer complaints or problems for season ticket holders and other customers; Establishing, implementing policies and procedures for ticket operations, sales and service; Serving as a member of the External Operations Revenue Generation team to help drive decisions and revenue opportunities Ensuring all assigned tasks follow department, University, Southeastern Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations; and Performing similar or related duties as assigned or required. Shift
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Ticketmaster is preferred. Anticipated Hiring Range
