What you will do...

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor and improve production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues and implement improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to production, safety, and personnel.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support lean manufacturing practices.

Who you will work with...

  • Internal Teams:Production staff, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Safety, Human Resources, and Supply Chain.
  • Leadership:Report to the Manufacturing Manager and collaborate with other supervisors and plant leadership.
  • Cross-functional Partners:Work closely with engineering, planning, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

What you bring to the table... (Required Skills)

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP, MES).

It would be nice if you have... (Preferred Skills)

  • Experience in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
  • Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
  • Familiarity with union environments and labor relations.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$66,000-$94,900

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
