Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret and translate complex mandates like the 21st Century Cures Act and its Information Blocking provisions into actionable product strategies. Ensure compliance while simultaneously identifying opportunities to leverage these regulations for a competitive advantage.

  • Strategically position WellSky to participate within the evolving national framework of Qualified Health Information Networks (QHINs) under TEFCA. Forge critical relationships within the interoperability community and enhance our data sharing capabilities to improve patient outcomes.

  • Apply extensive knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7), understand the unique nuances of data exchange in post-acute care, and provide strategic guidance on our interoperability investments.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our interoperability solutions to both internal stakeholders and our diverse client base. Build confidence, articulate the strategic importance of our roadmap, and drive adoption.

  • Anticipate industry trends, evaluate emerging technologies, and spearhead strategic initiatives that will keep WellSky at the forefront of interoperable solutions in the post-acute care market.

  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • At least 10-12 years relevant work experience

  • At least 5-6 years relevant management work experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 30% based on business needs

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed

  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information

  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
