TRC is seeking a Digital Enablement Specialist to join our growing Digital Solutions team. This full-time role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects that advance TRC's digital transformation initiatives, delivering custom solutions to both internal and external clients. The successful candidate will play a vital role in building report templates, developing SQL queries, creating custom tools, and collaborating on AI-driven solutions to solve complex problems.

Our Digital Enablement Specialist will:

• Design and develop report templates that meet the specific needs of diverse clients and stakeholders.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, analytics, and data management.

• Develop custom software tools that enhance workflows and improve client deliverables.

• Collaborate with colleagues on the development and deployment of AI-driven and data visualization solutions.

• Manage multiple priorities, adapting to shifting needs within a dynamic environment.

• Rapidly learn and apply new technologies to support digital initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Strong proficiency in SQL.

• Experience or demonstrated interest in data visualization and software development.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on time.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.

• Experience with AI/ML concepts and applications in business or engineering contexts.

• Experience working in consulting, environmental, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
