Provide tax compliance services to partnerships and corporations with written and verbal fluency in both English and Korean. Prepare and review U.S. tax returns, calculations, and partner allocations. Analyze investment and financial products. Research inbound and outbound tax issues related to U.S. and foreign partnerships and corporations, and their respective U.S. and foreign owners. Assist with training junior personnel. Ensure that clients' U.S. federal tax filings are accurate, aligned with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and timely filed. WORK SCHEDULE: 40hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) JOBREQUIREMENTS: Must havea Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Taxation,Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, and 2 yearsof related work experience. Of therequired experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following:Preparing U.S. federal tax filings for partnerships and corporations; ReviewingU.S. federal tax returns, including 1065 and 1120 tax returns; Performing taxresearch; and Utilizing GoSystem Tax RS. Must havewritten and verbal fluency in Korean. Travel tovarious locations throughout the US required up to 5%.
