Summary The MRI Technologist role performs various magnetic resonance imaging procedures for the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients. This position works a two week rotation and is part of the call rotation. Week 1 Monday 900-2130, Thursday and Friday 700-1930 Week 2: Tuesday 900-2130, Thursday and Friday 700-1930 Call is one night approximately every 3 weeks and approximately 8 weekends per year. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology required. License/Certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) MRI registration preferred. Full MRI registration is expected according to departmental/local health system requirements. Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.
