Essential Job Duties |
The primary purpose of the position are listed as follows:
- Make keys via the use of keypunch and duplicating and/or code-generating machines.
- Servicing, repairing, and installing various types of door hardware, including fire-rated and panic exit devices, closers, mortise, and cylindrical locking hardware to accepted manufacturer specifications;
- The position must have the ability to troubleshoot and repair problems with all mechanical and electromechanical hardware
- Working knowledge in key biting's array for small format master keying, pinning of cores
- Will perform and complete special assignments in a timely manner as assigned by Supervisor.
- Will have the competencies necessary to perform the work assigned.

Minimum Experience/Education |
- High School diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
