Job Details:



  • $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour Lead Premium.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for the coordination and communication of reset dates to all external and internal personnel who are responsible to assist in executing the reset when the Odom Corporation is the reset captain
  • Conducting resets in both Chain and Independent Grocery Stores as well as C-Stores
  • Understanding of all reset procedures from start to finish (i.e. cleaning of shelves, new glides if needed, printing of schematics, new tags ordered and hung, deleted SKU's marked down to sell out, cleaning of all areas when reset complete, extra inventory placed in backstock, check out with Manager/PIC, etc.)
  • Maintaining a high level of quality assurance standards for all products by properly maintaining inventory levels and rotation of product on the shelf, cooler, and back stock areas of assigned accounts


Job Requirements:



  • Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license, good driving record, proof of insurance (SR-22 is not acceptable), and a reliable means of transportation for getting to and from customer accounts.
  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must have a working knowledge of the beverage industry or grocery retail experience.
  • Must be self-motivated, a self-starter, and able to work with very little direct supervision.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, with a strong ability to work quickly and accurately while handling competing priorities.
