Director, Power Services Company Overview Pinnacle Live is a premium, in-house AV partner. We elevate live event expectations for people and venues who demand better. Job Summary: The Director of Power Services will focus on the safe and profitable execution of large and technically complex power services at Pinnacle Live venues. This is accomplished by providing support to venue staffs in the form of training and educational materials, assistance with power services-related capex requests, and safety training for Pinnacle Live team members that handle high-voltage systems in the course of their work. Essential Functions:
Education & Experience: * Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience * Minimum of three (3) years' industry-related operational, sales, and financial management * Familiarity with live events, associated sales and operational processes Required Skills & Knowledge: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed herein are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Strong supervisory and leadership experience managing direct, remote teams and contract * Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software * Effective relationship management skills and experience * Strong financial acumen * Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills * Ability to interpret CAD drawings related to live events * Ability to successfully manage corporate growth initiatives Reasonable accommodations maybe made to enable individuals with disabilities to performthe essential functions.
