Part of Omnicom's Precision Marketing Group, RAPP is comprised of 2,000+ creatives, technologists, strategists, and data and marketing scientists across 15+ global markets YOUR ROLE: The Director of Experience Analytics leads the measurement, reporting, modeling and testing of analytic deliverables in support of tactical and strategic marketing campaigns involving channels such as CRM, paid media, email, and sites/landing pages. They identify actionable insights for ongoing optimization based on performance, site engagement, customer behavioral conversion signals, segmentation, campaign results, and testing across the end-to-end full funnel user journey. This position plays a critical role within accounts to shape data-informed strategic frameworks, from alignment to client objectives to test design to measurable outcomes and attribution methodology that builds a business case through results and ROI. Responsible for evolving best in class output, analytical rigor, innovation around campaign and media analytics, and insights generation for RAPP clients. The Director of Experience Analytics is expected to seek out, learn about and actively use new data sources, technologies, tools and statistical methods and to apply/communicate this experience to innovate new analytical solutions to align with client needs. This person is a collaborator and works across disciplines to ensure the highest quality end product. This individual will define data solutions, decisioning and measurement strategies to optimize multi-touch marketing programs across all forms of media to promote and enable data-driven decision-making across all RAPP clients. This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
