The Chief Patient Experience Officer leads the development and execution of strategies that elevate the experience of patients, families, visitors, and staff across UCLA Health. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with executive leadership, physicians, staff, and volunteers to ensure patient-centered care is consistently delivered at the highest standard. You'll oversee programs designed to enhance service quality and satisfaction, directly addressing concerns and feedback from patients and families. This includes managing key operational areas that influence the overall patient and guest experience and driving improvements through organization-wide initiatives. This position reports to the Chief Medical Officer, as well as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, and Chief of Operations for the Community Clinic Network.
