Growth & Transformation -Business Planning & Analysis Sr. Manager

What success looks like in this role:

Lead Essential Growth and Transformation Projects: Help develop comprehensive strategies and oversee their implementation to drive business growth and transformation.

Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution of growth and transformation initiatives.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met without significant disruptions.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and prepare regular status reports for management.

AI Integration and Strategy: Assist in identifying and evaluating AI technologies that can contribute to growth and transformation projects, ensuring they are aligned with strategic goals.

• Collaborates with business and functional leadership to understand strategic goals and transformation initiatives.
• Structures and executes project plans and timelines to support the successful implementation of growth strategies.
• Works with leadership and project teams to align business objectives and determine program priorities.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI technologies to support strategic growth and transformation projects ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Translates program objectives into integrated project plans and schedules, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Defines and tracks project milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on overall status, challenges, changes, risk management, and delivery.
• Communicates objectives, priorities, and direction to all relevant stakeholders; provides frequent and informative status updates on an ongoing basis.
• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• BA/BS degree in Business or related field or experience.
• Business and/or technology project management experience (8+ years)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth
• PMI, PRINCE2, or other project management certification (preferred)
