Description
The salary range for this position is $105,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Directs production and processing operations through a team of functional managers and front line supervisors. Ensures increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while improving the efficiency of manpower, materials and machines. Key Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Physical Demands Sit, use keyboard, use fine manipulation with hands and fingers. Lift up to 10 pounds. Work Environment Clean, temperature controlled environment. Noise level is low. No personal protective equipment needed. Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. Temperature varies in relation to the outside temperature. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Proper personal protective equipment will be required during certain working conditions. Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and water, and chemicals. Temperature is regulated for operations standards. Cooler temperatures occur in specific areas.
