The Junior Facilities Move Coordinator assists with the coordination and implementation of internal and building-to-building moves for our internal customers. Monitors facility work order requests and completes tasks as assigned. Coordinates the scheduling of move management suppliers to ensure all tasks are completed related to moves, furniture installations and reconfigurations. Responsible for making sure that FFE standards are being maintained and utilizes resources to ensure corrective action is taken.

Location: In-Office; Alpharetta, GA

Essential Job Duties:

-Provides administrative support to MAC team

-Processes invoices associated with moves/FFE purchases

-Provide move support for the Atlanta area

-Coordinate and provide move support for small internal building relocations and furniture needs

-Assist with scheduling movers/network/facilities for external building relocations

-Participates in pre/post move meetings

-Performs regular inspections of the workspace to identify areas/items/equipment in need of repair/replacement or upgrade

-Performs furniture repairs and installs as needed

-Responsible for managing Tango to ensure it has current data related to the occupant's location.

-Oversees furniture work order process to address customer needs and requests

-Coordinates to ensure all new FFE receives asset tags and decommissioned/surplus asset information is provided to EFX

-Ability to lead and respond in a rapidly changing work environment

Skills, Education and Experience:

* Minimum of 3-5 years related experience

* Knowledge of PC applications including preferably Google
* Knowledge of corporate real estate standards and processes preferred

* Strong background in project management, space planning or high focus customer service a plus

* Strong collaboration and customer satisfaction skills

* Excellent problem-solver, highly motivated, proactive, flexible and results-oriented

* May perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $50-55,000/year based on experience
