We are seeking a Systems Engineer to supportAir Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AF TENCAP) prototyping efforts. Efforts center on full spectrum of Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) systems engineering services in support of rapid prototype development and integration activities to meet emergent RDT&E requirements of AF TENCAP, its Space Force partners, and their stakeholders.

As a Systems Engineer you will work with the Systems Engineering Team to deliver rapid, innovative, and cost-effective capabilities across all warfighting domains. Your expertise will be integral in delivering successful project outcomes. The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $125,000 annually. Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

Required

• ABET accredited BS degree
• 2 years of related experience
• Experience or exposure to DoD Test and Evaluation to include planning, execution and reporting
• Demonstrated technical writing and oral reporting skills
• Fully versed with MS Office Suite tools
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Desired

• ABET accredited MS degree
• Experience using MBSE and Digital Engineering Tools (e.g., Aras Innovator, Cameo, DOORS, AFSIM, Confluence, Jira)
