Winding coil on machine or directly into slots of rotors, stators, and armatures. Winding tape around coils by hand to insulate coils. Cutting and forms sheet insulation to fit slots. Inserting coils into slots and pounds to compress and shape windings. Painting coils with insulating varnish or enamel. Using brazing equipment consisting of induction, resistance, or torch. Obtaining critical measurements and create wiring and blocking diagrams. Cleaning and prepare coils prior to winding. Interpret Mechanical Drawings Electrical Testing Mechanical Assembler or Tech Background No Industry experience required but has vocational/education background | |
