Role Summary:

The Senior Manager, Employee Experience is a strategic and operational leader responsible for enhancing the employee journey-from onboarding through offboarding. This role partners closely with HR teams to design and deliver experiences that foster engagement, growth, and empowerment at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the design and continuous improvement of the employee journey, ensuring a seamless and meaningful experience across all lifecycle stages.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Development to embed people-first practices into hiring, onboarding, development, and transitions.
  • Drive employee listening strategies (e.g., surveys, focus groups) and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Support initiatives that promote inclusion, recognition, and psychological safety.
  • Develop toolkits and resources for people leaders to cultivate high-performing, values-driven teams.

Qualifications:



  • 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a strong preference for HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance employee engagement and culture.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and change management skills.


Compensation information: Offers are based on experience and education.

$92,872.00 - $116,084.80 annually
