Job Summary |
The Complexities of Human-Environment Emergence & Resilience (
CHEER) Lab, under the supervision of Dr. Li An, is seeking an undergraduate research assistant. The successful candidate will work with scientists and students to train deep learning models for detecting and identifying animal species in Chitwan National Park, Nepal. The primary tasks involve labeling and classifying camera and drone images.
Temporary Employment Services (
TES), a unit of the Auburn University Department of Human Resources, is an in-house support center established to meet the temporary employment needs of the university.

Essential Functions |
* Manually select and label images containing animals.
* Accurately identify and classify the species of animals in the images.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality data processing.
