Lipscomb Academy High School Football Assistant Coaches

Lipscomb Academy is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable football coaches to assist with different player positions such as quarterbacks, running backs and wide receivers. These part time assistant coaching positions play a vital role in player development, game preparation, and execution.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  Focus on the technical and tactical development of players in a specific position group

  
  
• Aligning with the team's overall offensive strategy while maximize player performance
• Ensure their position group executes effectively on game day
• 
  

  Participates in game planning, practice design, and film review.

  
  
• 
  

  Provides individual feedback and position-specific drills.

  
  
• Provide individualized feedback during and after practices.
• Monitor player performance and effort.
• Ensure drills align with the week's game plan.
• Analyze game and practice film with players.
• Demonstrate professionalism at all times, upholding the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct while fostering strong, positive relationships with players, coaches, parents, and the broader community.
• Cultivate a Christ-centered team environment rooted in service, aligned with the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy.
