Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or directly related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in project management, report writing, T-SQL scripting, application configuration, workflow development, and application upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interfaces with the user community to understand business process flows and to seek improvement from the design and utilization of EnerGov.
  • Under the guidance of the Business Applications Support Manager:
    • Interfaces with the vendor for error tracking and resolution; is responsible for testing new configurations and modules, coordinating user acceptance testing, writing SQL extract, deploying changes across environments, and providing guidance on EnerGov capabilities.
    • Makes highly technical decisions about the implementation and configuration of EnerGov, independently developing work methods and sequences.
    • Performs platform and operating system administration, design, and configuration.
  • Works outside regular business hours when required for implementations, upgrades, or emergency troubleshooting.
  • Performs project management duties for upgrades and implementations of new modules. Provide technical guidance to other ITS staff assigned to the project.
  • Configures and deploys required enhancements to the EnerGov Platform, including Tyler Hub, Tyler Cashiering, and other related modules.
