Are you a digital media powerhouse with a passion for scaling B2B demand at a global level? We are seeking a Senior Director of Digital Media to lead our global paid media strategy and execution across search, social, programmatic, and emerging platforms. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for scaling our digital media investments. In this a high-impact, high-visibility role, you'll manage $50M+ in annual media spend, lead a world-class team, and drive measurable pipeline growth across enterprise and commercial segments.

You will own the strategy, planning, and performance of all paid media channels-including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and emerging platforms. You'll partner closely with product marketing, field marketing, analytics, and sales to deliver measurable pipeline impact at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own global paid media strategy across all digital channels
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, CAC, and pipeline velocity
  • Partner with integrated marketing, creative, and analytics teams
  • Test and scale new platforms and AI-driven media buying

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Global Paid Media Strategy: Architect and execute a multi-channel digital media strategy that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline across key B2B audiences.
  • Own Channel Performance: Oversee paid search, paid social (LinkedIn, Meta, X), programmatic display, native, and video. Optimize for ROI, CAC, and pipeline velocity.
  • Drive Innovation: Pilot emerging platforms and AI-driven media buying strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of media strategists, channel experts, and agency partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, content, analytics, and product teams to align messaging, creative, and targeting strategies.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage advanced analytics and attribution models to inform spend allocation and campaign optimization.

Minimum Qualifications (Provide up to five (5) bullet points - these should be clearly defined, objective, non-comparative, relevant, and quantifiable to appropriately evaluate applicants - not including soft skills):

  • 12+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role at a high-growth tech company or agency.
  • Proven success managing $MM annual media budgets across global markets.
  • Deep expertise in B2B demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and full-funnel media strategies.
  • Mastery of platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk), and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Tableau, Bizible).
  • Passion for experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning.
