Job Summary:(Hybrid on-site 3 days a week, 2 days remote) The Commercial Account Opening Specialist is responsible for onboarding new commercial clients by opening and maintaining business accounts in accordance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This role involves working closely with business clients, relationship managers, and internal departments to ensure a smooth and efficient account opening process. *Key Responsibilities:* Assist commercial clients with the documentation and process required to open new business accounts. Review and verify all required documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., KYC, AML). Input and maintain accurate client information in the bank's systems. Collaborate with relationship managers and other departments to ensure timely account setup. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to account opening. Stay current on banking regulations and internal policies related to commercial account management. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional banking products and services. *Qualifications:* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Previous experience in banking, customer service, or account management, preferably in a commercial setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
