Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Compensation Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for administering compensation programs and practices across designated business units. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in job evaluations, market analysis, survey participation, and compensation recommendations. You will also support performance management, incentive planning, and merit administration. Key Responsibilities * Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to provide day-to-day compensation support. * Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using internal and external data. * Provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, and reorganizations. * Support the administration of annual compensation programs including performance management, merit, and incentive plans. * Participate in salary surveys and maintain market data. * Assist with regulatory compliance, audit requests, and union negotiations. * Compile and analyze compensation data to support business decisions. * Communicate compensation decisions and rationale clearly and effectively. * Contribute to compensation-related projects and initiatives. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. * Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct and relevant compensation experience. * Certifications: Compensation certification (e.g., CCP) preferred. Skills & Competencies * Proficiency in job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation cycle management. * Advanced Excel skills; experience with PowerPoint, Workday, SAP, or other ERP systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. * Knowledge of FLSA and other compensation-related regulations. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $118000.00/yr.
