We're expanding our 5-person team and hiring two new team members to grow with us! What You'll Do: Build strong relationships with clients and represent the agency with professionalism and care Manage and rewrite policies across 15-20 different carriers Follow up on provided leads (no cold calling!) Maintain detailed documentation to meet E&O standards Confidently juggle multiple systems and tabs (20+ open at times!) Contribute to a fun, fast-paced office culture where everyone has each other's back What You Bring: Insurance license (preferred, but not required - we'll help with licensing if needed) Sales-focused mindset and sharp attention to detail Comfortable with technology, digital platforms, and multitasking A self-starter mentality and positive attitude - drama-free zone!
