Staffmark is hiring an Entry-Level Mail Processor to join the team in Fife, WA-a fast-paced mail sorting environment where precision meets performance. You'll be part of a respected logistics leader trusted to move the world's mail accurately and efficiently.

Hours & Pay



  • Pay Rate: $19/hour
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (Saturdays as needed), shift start times between 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (work until finish; typically 5-8 hour shifts based on volume)
  • Employment Type: Long-Term Temporary

What You'll Be Doing



  • Stand and work on your feet throughout the shift in a warehouse environment
  • Separate mail by mail class and scan each item into the manifest system
  • Accurately enter zip code information using a 10-key keypad or scanner
  • Weigh each mail piece and apply the correct postage indicia label in the appropriate location
  • Read and recognize zip codes and associated barcodes quickly and accurately
  • Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict accuracy standards
  • Follow safety protocols and work closely with your team to stay efficient and dependable



What You Bring to the Table



  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift consistently throughout your shift
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable to schedule demands
  • Prior mail sorting or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
