The Digital Operations Manager plays an integral role in orchestrating the digital landscape of a company, ensuring that online platforms and digital production strategies are effectively aligned with the organization's goals. This position involves overseeing the seamless execution of digitally printed projects. By coordinating with various departments, the Digital Operations Manager ensures that all digital initiatives are implemented efficiently, on time, and within budget, thereby enhancing the company's digital print presence and contributing to its overall success in the digital realm. Through a blend of technical know-how and strategic planning, this role supports the company's efforts to connect with customers in the digital space, optimize user experience, and drive digital growth.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Oversee the development and implementation of digital systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
2. Manage the digital asset library, ensuring all digital content is organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant team members.
3. Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure the security of digital operations and protect against data breaches or other cyber-attacks.
4. Analyze digital workflow and process data to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, proposing and implementing solutions to optimize operations.
5. Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration on digital projects, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and seamless integration of digital tools and platforms.
6. Oversee the budget for digital operations, including forecasting, allocation, and monitoring of expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
7. Develop and implement training programs for staff on new digital tools and processes, ensuring high levels of competency and adoption across the organization.
8. Research and evaluate emerging digital technologies or methodologies that could enhance operational effectiveness, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for executive review.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* This position requires Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with coursework in digital media, project management, and analytics.
* At least 5 years' experience with hands-on experience within digital environment.
* Proficiency in navigating digital platforms, analytics, and marketing tools.
