15106BR FTE: 1.0 Shift: Weekdays, day shift Compensation: based on experience Hours Per Week: 40 Weekends: No Benefit Eligible The Accounts Payable Clerk II is responsible for timely processing of vendor invoices, from receipt through payment, in accordance with UnityPoint Health - Meriter guidelines and regulations. Additionally, the team member will resolve issues, research discrepancies, and reconcile vendor account statements. Good customer service skills are necessary to respond professionally, promptly, and politely to issues or complaints from external vendors or internal staff members. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma Greater than 6 months working while demonstrating good customer service, timely arrival and regular attendance. Why UnityPoint Health? Preferred Qualifications Associate degree in accounting or finance Greater than 2 years in an Accounts Payable role within a large organization. Outstanding customer service skills and exemplary attendance history which includes timely arrival. Intermediate experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
