Job Title: Corporate Accounting Manager Company: Education & Training Services Location: Fully Remote Compensation: $140,000-$175,000 base salary + bonus, DOE Reports To: CFO Overview This is a high-impact, fully remote role for an experienced accounting professional seeking broad exposure across financial reporting, compliance, and operational finance. Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Accounting Manager will lead multi-entity consolidations, month-end close, and audit processes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a background in regulated industries or complex accounting structures. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting and consolidated reporting for multiple legal entities, including intercompany transactions and eliminations Oversee and execute the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Maintain and improve financial controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal standards Coordinate and support financial statement and compliance audits, including interaction with external auditors Ensure compliance with government funding requirements (e.g., Title IV, WIOA), including preparation for related audits Partner with the CFO on operational and strategic initiatives Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred Big 4 or national CPA firm background strongly preferred Experience with multi-entity consolidation and intercompany accounting Familiarity with government-funded program requirements and related audit processes Strong understanding of month-end close and internal control frameworks Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments such as education, nonprofit, or technical services ERP or accounting system implementation experience preferred Ability to manage junior staff or help build scalable accounting operations Proficient in NetSuite, Excel, and Concourse Vaco by Highspring values a diverse workplace and strongly encourages women, people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, members of ethnic minorities, foreign-born residents, and veterans to apply.
