Responsibilities
The Information Security Department Services Product Suite is responsible for the business of Information Security. We provide the tools, technology, and processes necessary to run the business - including budget, business continuity, certifications and training for our employees, event management, Information Security Awareness and Training (ISAPT), organizational change management, risk governance, and workforce management. Within the Workforce Management and Learning team, we:
- Use data to understand current and future staffing and learning needs
- Track, analyze, and report on current employee staffing. Leverage industry research to help support leadership decisions
- Connect with our leaders to understand staffing and learning needs
- Connect employees with security-focused learning experiences, including those pursuing industry certifications
- Provide on-boarding support to new employees
- Initiate innovative ways to enhance learning and career development for current and future employees
- Recruit for and support the Information Security internship program

- Potential starting salary range: $63,977 - $125,000 (Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience. High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience)
