ND Industries specializes in the formulation and manufacturing of a variety of materials applied on fasteners and assemblies to aid in critical function such as locking, sealing, masking, lubricating and noise and vibration dampening. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring safe and proper maintenance and repair of production processing equipment. This position will oversee all aspects of the maintenance department including managing personnel, preventative and predictive maintenance programs, spearheading maintenance projects and coordinating with Production Team Management. This person should have thorough knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems and experience with controls is preferred. A hands- on approach is required to ensure success in our highly dynamic and fast paced production facility. Primary Responsibilities

Fuller sponsorship of a work visa to work for H.B. Fuller. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $100,000 - $115,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
