Marketing Project Management Team

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Marketing Producer to support a high-performing Line of Business marketing organization. This role ensures alignment and clear communication across Growth, Media, Creative, and Marketing Management teams. You'll be responsible for campaign planning, timeline oversight, cross-functional coordination, and documentation-playing a critical role in keeping marketing initiatives running smoothly and on schedule.

• 5-7 years of experience in project, program, or operations management
• Passion for marketing and operational excellence with a strong foundation in project coordination and campaign tracking
• Proficient in project management and productivity tools such as Wrike, AirTable, Quip, Box, OmniPlan, 10,000ft, iCal, Keynote, Excel, Pages, and Numbers
• Familiar with agile workflows and creative production timelines
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including growth, media, brand, and creative
• Able to work independently and manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
• Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Confident decision-maker with a discreet and trustworthy approach to managing sensitive information

In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and operational workflows.

You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align scope, resources, and timelines across departments. This includes managing schedules, tracking campaign deliverables, coordinating meetings, documenting project updates, and preparing materials for leadership reviews.

You will also maintain key documentation, trackers, and production schedules, supporting the overall organization and efficiency of the marketing team.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience
• Background in creative project management, marketing operations, or business communications
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with confidential materials

The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $96.00 - $99.00 per hour
